3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA – Approval of the agenda for the Authority’s meeting of March 22, 2022, including taking items out of sequence, deleting items and adding items which require action upon a finding that an emergency exists. (Possible Action)
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Review and approve minutes of the January 18, 2022 Lincoln County Regional Development Authority meeting. (Possible Action)
5. FINANCIAL REPORT AND EXPENDITURES – Discussion and action on financial matters – the Lincoln County Regional Development Authority current financial report and invoices submitted for payment. (Possible Action)
6. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO THE LINCOLN COUNTY REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY’S FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 BUDGET. (Possible Action)
7. TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF A POWER AUGER AND AUGER BITS PURCHASED BY THE LINCOLN COUNTY REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY WITH ITS NEVADA OFF HIGHWAYS VEHICLE PROGRAM GRANT TO LINCOLN COUNTY. (Possible Action)
8. UPDATE ON LCRDA’S RECREATIONAL TRAILS PROGRAM GRANT FROM THE NEVADA DIVISION OF SATE PARKS AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO FINALIZE EXPENDITURES. (Possible Action)

PROGRAM – Presentation by Rodney Mehring, Blue Lizard Farms, on a program that requires the Nevada Department of Agriculture to purchase nutritious foods from Nevada growers and producers first before purchasing similar products from out of state and distribute them to Nevada emergency food providers.
