Youth Requirements

Low Income
At least one of the following:

  • Needs additional assistance with education or employment
  • Low math or reading skills
  • A school dropout
  • Homeless, a runaway, or foster child
  • Pregnant or parenting
  • An offender
  • Behind in high school credits

Documents needed to enroll in the youth program

  • Birth certificate
  • Nevada driver’s license or ID card or student ID
  • Social security card
  • Proof of income – last 2 pay stubs (your income if 18 years old or older and parents if 14-17 years old)
  • If on SNAP or TANF – paperwork proof of participation
  • Disability – documentation
  • Parenting youth/pregnant – birth certificate or doctor’s note
